The Corridor Review Committee is responsible for the design review of development permit applications and appeals of administrative decisions as prescribed in the adopted Design Standards for Entry Corridors

Board Member QualificationsDone Editing

One (1) seat on the board shall be designated for a licensed, or retired, architect or landscape architect with preference given to those who are city residents or whose business is located within the city; and two (2) seats for property owners or tenants of properties located within the respective entry corridors as defined in the City’s adopted design standards for entry corridors.
