Parking for Concerts

On street parking is available near the Plaza and is free throughoutPeople sitting in the park for a concert the city after 5 p.m. Parking is also available in the Historic Downtown Parking Facility (HDPF), 1 Cordova Street, located at the St. Augustine Visitor Information Center, a 10-minute walk along St. George Street from the Plaza. The cost for parking in the HDPF is $15 per vehicle entry or $3 for St. Johns County residents with a ParkNow card.

Rain Conditions

Florida’s summer rain showers are usually brief, even when heavy, so it is rare for a performance to be cancelled in advance, but may be postponed or cancelled if the weather prohibits the program from continuing. If a concert is cancelled every effort will be made to notify the public on the Concerts Page and on Facebook.

Fourth of July

Since July 4 falls on a Thursday this year (2019), that night’s concert will feature a two-hour special performance by The All Star Orchestra starting at 6 p.m. followed by St. Augustine’s annual Independence Day pyrotechnic display, Fireworks Over the Matanzas starting at 9:30 p.m.
