City to begin accepting applications for Institutional Rehabilitation Grant Program

Application period opens Wednesday, October 1

The City of St. Augustine Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) announces the Lincolnville Community Redevelopment Area (LCRA) Institutional Rehabilitation Grant Program application acceptance period will open on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, and continue through Wednesday, December 31, 2025. 

The LCRA Institutional Rehabilitation Program provides funding to institutions that have difficulty securing alternate funding for historic building rehabilitation.  In order to qualify for a grant, the structure must be located within the designated LCRA boundaries.  

To determine if an institution is located within the Lincolnville CRA boundaries, visit the CRA website and enter the location address on the map provided.
