Spring Shuttle returns for festival season

Free Park & Ride service begins Saturday, March 8

News Flash Posted on February 28, 2025

With the return of popular spring festivals and anticipated visitor activity, the City of St. Augustine will offer free parking and shuttle service every Saturday during the popular weekend festival season, beginning March 8 and continuing through Saturday, April 19.

Romanza’s Celtic Festival will take place March 8-9, with the St. Patrick Parade on March 8, followed by the Lions Seafood Festival, March 28-30.  In addition to these festivals, the Easter Parade will take place on Saturday, April 19.

This year’s free park and ride shuttle service will operate only from the Broudy’s Lot, located at 198 West King Street, from 11:00am to 9:00pm, every Saturday, starting March 8 through April 19, with two exceptions: Saturday, March 8 and Saturday, April 19, due to parades and festival hours of operation.

The drop-off/pick-up location is the Visitor Information Center (VIC), located at 10 S. Castillo Dr.  The VIC offers full visitor amenities and is just steps from Francis Field, the city’s primary festival location.

Complete times for the park and ride shuttle service are as follows:

  • March 8 (Celtic Festival/St. Patrick Parade):  8:00am to 10:00pm
  • March 15: 11:00am to 9:00pm
  • March 22: 11:00am to 9:00pm
  • March 29 (Lions Seafood Festival): 11:00am to 9:00pm
  • April 5: 11:00am to 9:00pm
  • April 12: 11:00am to 9:00pm
