The City of St. Augustine and its consultant, the Northeast Florida Regional Council (NEFRC), will convene a joint meeting comprised of three citizen boards, the Planning & Zoning Board (PZB), the Historic Architectural Review Board (HARB) and the Corridor Review Committee (CRC), on December 18, 2024, at 9:00am in The Alcazar Room of City Hall.

An online public input survey is still available at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/visionplanupdate and the public is encouraged to participate before it closes on Sunday, December 22.  The final adoption of an updated Vision Plan will take place in January 2025.

Additionally, the meeting agenda includes a second item regarding an initiative to develop criteria in the land development code to address resilient strategies for addressing flood prevention and mitigation.  The agenda is available online here.
