City of St. Augustine Workforce Parking Program Reminder

Flagler College parking garage seasonal permits now available

News Flash Posted on December 18, 2025

The City of St. Augustine Mobility and Parking Enforcement Division launched its Workforce Parking Program to support businesses and employees working downtown at the start of the Nights of Lights season.  Now, in addition to the Toques and Granada parking lots, the Flagler College Parking Garage (Flagler Garage) is now available, through January 4, 2026.

Including the Flagler Garage located on Malaga Street as part of the workforce parking inventory is a key feature of this season program.  Permits for the Flagler Garage are valid 24 hours a day through January 4, providing convenient access during the busy holiday season.

Applications for Flagler Garage permits, as well as other workforce parking options, are available online or at the City’s Customer Service Department (50 Bridge Street). Completed applications may be submitted via email to parking@citystaug.com or delivered in person.  Permits are issued on a first‑come, first‑served basis and must be picked up in person once approved.

Flagler Garage overview:

  • Approximately 250 unnumbered spaces
  • $53.25 per space
  • Available to businesses or individuals (no employee minimums)
  • Valid 24 hours/day, December 15 – January 4

Additional workforce parking options include the Toques Lot (which is currently at capacity) and Granada Lot (evenings and weekends).  All permits are issued annually and must be renewed each year. Renewal of previously approved applications will be given precedence.

Workforce parking is strictly for employees and may not be used for valet or customer parking. Parking enforcement staff will monitor all lots, and violations may result in fines or permit revocation.
