Customer Service modified hours of operation

Office opens at 9am on Tuesday, March 11

The City of St. Augustine Customer Service office, including the drive-thru window, located at 50 Bridge Street, will open at 9:00am on March 11, due to computer system maintenance.  Normally, the Customer Service Office opens at 7:30am.

Customers who use the online self-service portal will not be able to process payments from 5:00am to 9:00am on the same day as the system will not produce a transaction receipt during that time.

All customer service operations will resume at 9:00am, including in-person, drive-thru, and online services.
