The City of St. Augustine Planning and Building Department announces a new online submittal process for business licenses and food truck registration, permanently replacing paper permit applications.  This new business license feature of the permitting portal is now live and available at www.CityStAug.com/PermitPortal.  The business license portal is available for those who wish to open a new business, change ownership, change location, change business name, and reactivate an expired license.

Additional permitting features available in the portal include, but is not limited to building permits, right of way, trees, planning and zoning, archaeology, and more.  The permit portal is not to be used for vendor permits, or tour guide and taxicab licenses.  These licensing permits are issued by the Customer Service Department, located at 50 Bridge Street.  For assistance with vendor permits, and tour guide and taxicab licenses, please call 904-825-1037

General information about business licenses is available on the business license webpage.
