Nao Trinidad scheduled to depart on Monday, June 10
Spanish sailing vessel to return in time for Nights of Lights in November
On Monday, June 10, the City of St. Augustine will bid farewell to the Spanish sailing vessel, Nao Trinidad, as it departs the St. Augustine Municipal Marina for its summer tour of the east coast of the United States. The Nao Trinidad is planning to return in November for an extended stay for the Nights of Lights season.
The Nao Trinidad will remain open for tours daily, from 10:00am to 7:00pm, through Sunday, June 9, at 7:00pm. St. Johns County residents will receive a $5 discount for tickets purchased on the dock at the entrance to the ship.
While in port since its arrival on February 2, this floating museum and its crew of 10 saw approximately 19,000 visitors.
The departure is scheduled for Monday, June 10, but the time is uncertain at this time as it depends on the weather.
