Fishing in the Marina

You may fish from your vessel, but you may not stand on any dock, ramp, bulkhead, or sea wall to fish. If you wish to fish from your tender in the marina basin, you may not secure the tender to the dock, but you can toss out an anchor line. You may also float in the basin, but be aware of boat traffic around you. If the Marina staff feels that you are creating a safety hazard, you will be asked to relocate to a safer position or cease fishing at that time.
