Mobile Vendor and Vehicle for Hire Permits

If you are interested in mobile vending or operating a vehicle for hire, you will need to complete an application and submit it in person to Jabari White, Permit Technician, at St. Augustine Police Department for approval. The applications for mobile vending and vehicle for hire are not the same, and the guidelines for each type of vendor are also different. Download and complete the appropriate application below.

  • Mobile Vendor Applications will be accepted in-person Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
  • Office hours 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM 
  • Drive for Hire applications will be processed Wednesdays only
