CPR Training
Learn vital lifesaving CPR skills with free classes from the St. Augustine Fire Department for groups of three or more. Our training provides hands-on practice, empowering you to respond effectively during cardiac arrest. While we don't issue official certification cards, we equip you with crucial knowledge. Fire Extinguisher Training
The St. Augustine Fire Department offers free, hands-on fire extinguisher training for our community. Using our I.T.S. Xtreme™ Live-Fire Extinguisher Training System, you'll learn to safely extinguish common fires with realistic props. Fall Prevention

Group Tours
Curious about a firefighter's daily life? Schedule a free Fire Station Tour in St. Augustine! An on-duty firefighter will guide your school group or community organization through the firehouse, including turnout gear and fire truck demonstrations. Tours last approximately 45 minutes. Spark the Flame
Discover Spark the Flame, the St. Augustine Fire Department's empowerment camp for middle and high school girls, held April 18-19. This unique camp at City Fire Station 1 introduces participants to the fire service through tool demonstrations, rappelling, search & rescue, fire hose spraying, and an obstacle course. It's designed to build confidence, teamwork, and encourage girls to explore a career in firefighting. Applications are first-come, first-served, closing February 28.
