Appointed Board members, City Staff, and advertised agents/applicants/property owners will be allowed to participate through video conferencing. All other interested parties may participate in the meeting as follows: IN PERSON: The Alcazar Room at City Hall located at 75 King Street will be open for attendance with limited capacity consistent with the public health, and life safety requirements as promulgated by the CDC. Physical attendance will be prioritized until maximum capacity is reached. PROVIDE PUBLIC COMMENT: 1) In writing: Members of the general public wishing to provide public comment prior to the meeting may submit comments via email at HARB@citystaug.com. All comments must be received by 8:00 a.m., July 16, 2020. 2) In person during the meeting: provided in accordance with the above ‘In Person’ procedures. 3) Via telephone for quasi judicial items only: Remote audio comments will be received by dialing 904-293-4330 during the specific quasi judicial agenda item.
