  10. Waiver request

    By electronically signing this form, I am formally requesting a waiver to all of the timeframes that are set forth in 553.79, Florida Statutes. 

    The timeframes that are being waived include, but are not limited to: 

         1. 30 business days for CoSA to issue or deny my application;

         2. 10 business days for me to submit revisions to my application; and,

         3. 10 business days for CoSA to issue or deny my application after my submission of revisions.

    Per 553.79, Florida Statutes, this waiver is ONLY for an application for a new single family residential dwelling. If this request is for any other type of application, the request will be denied as these timeframes do not apply to them.
