City civic boards join to review architectural guidelines

Joint Meeting:  Historic Architectural Review Board & Planning and Zoning Board

Historic Architectural Review Board and Planning and Zoning Board to convene

On Tuesday, September 20, starting at 1:00pm, the City of St. Augustine’s Historic Architectural Review Board (HARB) and Planning and Zoning Board (PZB) will convene a joint meeting to discuss the Architectural Guidelines for Historic Preservation (AGHP) Update.

The discussion of the AGHP Update serves as a review of the proposed draft update with the city’s contracted consultants, Bender & Associates Architects (Bert Bender, Principal Architect and Jonathan Lammers, Historian).

The meeting will be held in The Alcazar Room of City Hall, located at 75 King St.  It will be live-streamed and available on-demand the following day at The agenda and packet for this meeting can be found at here.
