*UPDATE: Administrative Order 2020-14 extends closing City Hall offices to the public through August 31, 2020
Administrative Order 2020-12 goes into effect Thursday, business will continue online
With positive cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19) on the rise in St. Johns County and in an effort to slow the spread of the virus, the City of St. Augustine issued Administrative Order 2020-12, which closes City Hall offices to the public beginning Thursday, July 16, 2020. However, this closure will not prevent customers from conducting all necessary City business because online and telephone services will remain operational, as follows:
It is important to note that city-managed on-street and off-street parking will be enforced. Additionally, parking meters, payment kiosks, and the mobile parking app (ParkStAug) will continue accepting payments. The Historic Downtown Parking Facility also will continue normal operations and will be collecting posted parking fees.
The Visitor Information Center will remain open, from 8:30am to 5:30pm, seven days a week.
Solid Waste collection services, including residential and commercial trash, recycling, and yard debris, continue to remain on their regular collection schedule.
