The Stormwater Advisory Committee is a staff appointed committee of interested business, government, education, homeowner associations and citizen groups within the City of St. Augustine. The committee is a focus group that meets on an as-needed basis to focus on a particular topic or subject related to stormwater and the stormwater utility. Generally the committee is comprised of up to fifteen members. The committee's responsibility is to review and study the subject at hand and provide a recommendation to the staff on policy and procedural actions.
The committee has been charged with meeting between March and June 2013 to discuss the Stormwater Master Plan (PDF) and issues related to financing identified projects and stormwater maintenance. The meetings are open to the public and dates and locations will be posted on the city bulletin board and website.
