Streets and Grounds

Streets and Grounds Division is responsible for maintaining public rights-of-way and maintenance of the city’s parks and landscaped areas. Areas of responsibility include:

Paving Projects and Maintenance

  • Roadway maintenance and paving programs

Streets and Grounds also supports Public Affairs and the Police Department during event season with installation of traffic control devices to aid in traffic control and for installing holiday decorations in the historic areas including over 2 million Holiday lights for St. Augustine’s Nights of Lights.
