Water/Sewer & Trash Accounts
Payments may be made in person with cash, money order, check, VISA or Master Card at the Financial Services Center, 50 Bridge St, inside during regular lobby hours, 7:30am – 4:30pm, or at the drive-thru window 7:30am - 5:00pm, Monday – Friday. You can use the convenient drop-box located adjacent to the drive-thru window on the Granada Street-side of the building, 24-hours a day.

Water Service Application
Applications to establish utility service at an existing account address can be made in person at the Financial Services Department, 50 Bridge Street, or by email or fax. Same day service is available on accounts established prior to 12:00 p.m. (noon).
Residential (single and multi-family) -
Residential accounts require a completed application, in addition to a $125 deposit per unit, a $30 activation fee, and a photo ID. The $125 deposit may be waived under certain conditions such as a credit score of at least 650 or a letter of credit from another utility company.
Commercial accounts require a completed application and a deposit or surety bond in an amount determined by averaging two months of previous usage; in addition to a $30 activation fee and a photo ID. Commercial accounts are not eligible to have the deposit waived.
Transfer from one City account to Another-
Existing customers can transfer from one City account to another, that requires a completed Transfer Application and a $30 activation fee.

Disconnect/Cancel Water Service
To disconnect your existing City of St. Augustine water service, please contact Customer Service at 904.825.1037 or by sending an e-mail. You will be asked to verify information on your account and provide the Customer Service Representative with a turn-off date and forwarding address.
