Concerts in the Plaza

Concert series extends season to accommodate rain-outs

Two concerts rescheduled for Wednesday and Thursday, September 12 and 13

Concerts in the Plaza, the City of St. Augustine’s free summer music series, wrapped-up its 28th season last evening, but it’s not over yet.  Summer rains forced the postponement of two performances that have been now been rescheduled for back-to-back nights in mid-September.

Rob Ellis Peck and Friends is set for Wednesday, September 12, and The Session will perform the following night, Thursday, September 13. Both two-hour performances begin at 7:00pm in the Plaza de la Constitución in downtown St. Augustine.

These two concerts will complete the 14-show schedule for 2018 that saw the return of some of the series’ most popular musicians and the introduction of others that were well received by the Thursday night audiences.

The series is produced annually by the City of St. Augustine and features more than 50 musicians from across the region and drawing audiences of residents and visitors each week all summer long.

Concerts in the Plaza will return in 2019 on Thursday, May 30, continuing our concert tradition from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Keep up with the 2019 schedule by checking back here in the spring!
